•  You’ve done the talking, the thinking, the reading and you’re ready to feel your way through something instead
•  You want to reconnect with yourself without performing wellness

Ways to work together

Two formats. Choose what fits.

1:1 Sessions

Private, personalized, and built entirely around what you’re carrying. A session might combine breathwork, movement, and quiet presence the shape depends on what you need that day.

Chosen by people who want depth, privacy, and a pace that’s fully their own. Often the right choice if you’re moving through something significant a life change, a recovery, a rebuild of who you are now.

Offered in person in the Netherlands and online.

Group Sessions & Programs

The same work, held in a small group. There’s something specific that happens when you breathe and move alongside others — the nervous system learns safety faster in the presence of people doing the same thing.

Current offerings:

Breathwork circles — monthly sessions and one-off gatherings
Cacao & women’s circles — held spaces for connection, presence, and softening together
Embodied movement classes — hip-hop, belly dance, and embodied movement
Six-week programs — structured group journeys for reconnection, recovery, and rebuilding trust in the body

Groups are kept intentionally small. No prior experience needed.

A Note on Recovery

If you’re here because your body has been through something —

I understand. I’ve been there.

Some of the women I work with are during or after cancer treatment. Others are recovering from burnout, surgery, loss, or a period of life that asked more of them than they could give. What I offer isn’t medical care, and it isn’t a replacement for it. It’s the other thing; the part where you learn to live inside your body again.

Slowly. Safely. At your pace.
