About

I’m Banu.

Sales leader. Breathwork therapist. Dancer. I’ve spent my career moving between worlds that most people keep separate — and my work now is what happens when you stop keeping them separate.

What I Do

I run SoulSync Lab, a practice working across two worlds.

On one side: individuals reconnecting with their body through breathwork, movement, and 1:1 support; often during recovery, transition, or the quiet point where pushing through stops working.

On the other: organizations. I consult with SaaS, tech, and professional services companies on sales strategy, leadership, and the human systems that make performance sustainable.

Both come out of the same place. Both use the same tools. And both are built on what I learned spending over a decade in one world before I understood the other.

The Business Side

I’ve spent over a decade building and leading commercial teams in international environments.

Sales leadership across SaaS, tech, and professional services — from early-stage startups to scale-ups to enterprise. Teams of up to 100 people across multiple regions. Responsibility for strategy, execution, pipeline, hiring, and the messy reality of keeping a high-performing team intact when the pressure never lets up.

That experience isn’t background. It’s half of what I do now. When I consult with a CRO on pipeline or coach a founder through their first commercial hire, I’m drawing on rooms I’ve actually stood in.

The Movement Side

I’ve been dancing since I was four.

Classical ballet first, then hip-hop, street dance, and belly dance. Twenty years of training, performing, and teaching — each movement language teaching me something different about what a body can hold.

Ballet taught me precision. Hip-hop taught me ground. Belly dance taught me softness as a form of strength. Embodied movement taught me what happens when you stop performing and start listening.

All of it is still in the room when I work with clients today — whether that room is a studio, a boardroom, or a one-to-one session.

What Connected Them

For a long time I kept these two worlds separate. Dance on one side. Business on the other. I thought they were opposites.

They weren’t.

A few years ago, my body asked a harder question than I’d ever had to answer. A health experience changed my relationship with my body not as an idea, but as a lived reality. It stripped away things I thought were permanent. It rebuilt me, slowly, from somewhere deeper.

What I learned in that period isn’t something I can fully put on a website. But it’s in every session I now lead. It’s what made the dancer, the sales leader, and the woman into one person instead of three.

It’s why SoulSync Lab exists.

I don’t teach what I haven’t lived.

How I Work Now

I move between worlds on purpose.

In any given month I might advise a CRO on pipeline strategy, hold a breathwork circle for women in recovery, teach a hip-hop class, run a leadership offsite, or sit with someone one-to-one during a hard transition.

To me, it’s all the same work; helping people reconnect the part of themselves that knows what to do from the part of themselves that’s trying to figure it out.

Performance. Healing. Leadership. Expression. They all live in the body. That’s where I meet people.
